A: If you would like to Sell 10 or more gift cards vouchers to us please also feel free to contacts us at customer.service@cardlimbo.com.au to arrange a private sale and save yourself the time to key in all of the gift card voucher details.
Should I sell my gift card on ebay rather than to Cardlimbo?
A: A $100 gift card will inclur $9.80 in fees when sold via ebay.
- Insertion fees: charged when you list an item on eBay ($2.50 for a $100 gift card)
- Final value fees: charged when your item sells ($4.60 for a $100 gift card)
- Paypal fee: charged when your item sells ($2.70 for a $100 gift card)
When selling to Cardlimbo, you don't incur any additional costs, you know exactly how much cash you get and you get it fast.
What if I can’t see my retail store listed?
A: You can contact us at customer.service@cardlimbo.com.au if you want to sell us a gift card that is not listed. Nevertheless, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to decline or agree to purchase any gift card at any time.
What is the minimum gift card value I can sell?
A: The value of the gift card vouchers Cardlimbo will buy depends on the retailer and the remaining validity period. The absolute minimum value left on the gift card voucher must be $30. Voucher below $30 can be donated to our charity partner Barnardos through our Donate section.
What is the maximum gift card value I can sell?
A: The value of the gift card vouchers Cardlimbo will buy depends on the retailer and the remaining validity period. If you want to sell a gift card voucher with a value above the set maximum for that specific retailer, please contact us at customer.service@cardlimbo.com.au.
How can I verify my gift card voucher balance?
A: Most gift card vouchers will display at the back of the card a website or phone number where you can enquire about your gift card voucher balance. If the gift card voucher doesn’t show any information to enquire about the balance, you can use the customer service number that is given on the merchant’s website. You can also visit the merchant’s store and have your gift card check with a customer service representative.
If you don't know how much is on your card, take a guess. We will verify the balance when you send it in.
