All about Gift Cards & Gift Vouchers

Gift card vouchers are expected to be the number one gift again this Christmas. Making a decision about which gift card to give, however, can be a difficult task.

So to help, Cardlimbo, Australia’s one stop shop for gift card vouchers, asked more than 600 Australian consumers what type of gift card voucher they would most like to receive this Christmas. Cardlimbo has today released the results of this survey.

The Coles Group and Myer gift card topped the vote with close to 30% of consumers nominating this gift card as their most wanted. Cardlimbo CEO, Fergus Koochew, said: "Whilst we knew this was a popular card we were surprised by how far ahead this gift card ranked! People just love it! And it is not surprising given the range of fantastic retail outlets this gift card applies to."

The Woolworths Wish gift card, another perennial favourite was second with 15% and the Visa and Master gift cards came in 3rd with 11%.

These results help explain why these discounted cards are some of the quickest to sell at Cardlimbo.com.au; frequently selling within hours of being listed on the Cardlimbo.com.au website.
